As a Renewal Specialist, you will manage and execute contract renewals for Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients. Key responsibilities include proactive outreach to clients, generating and sending renewal contracts, identifying clients with expansion potential, and escalating risks or additional opportunities where needed. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Salesforce, and the ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously.

AS A RENEWAL SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:
Reach out to clients proactively and manage the renewal process for Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts.
Generate and send renewal contracts; follow up through contract execution.
Maintain accurate records of contract renewals and client interactions in Salesforce.
Negotiate approved renewal increase rates, and escalate to Revenue leadership where necessary.
Identify clients with potential for expansion and communicate these opportunities to the Sales team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Support and Sales to ensure smooth client renewals and address any issues.
Share client feedback with Client Support to action additional outreach for further support needs, Product Ideas, and Bug Tickets.
Ensure timely and efficient contract renewals to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Report account renewals and unrenewed business weekly.

OFFICE INFORMATION:
Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company. However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montréal (CAN), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). All of our offices are stocked with snacks and drinks and we provide a free lunch every week. We offer a monthly travel stipend, and even host the occasional themed party and happy hour!
If you don’t live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Leap Event Technology requires all Event Operations employees and contractors who will be representing the company at a client event to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to attending. Exemptions are determined by the event organizer. Employees are not required to be fully vaccinated to be present at an office facility.

Job requirements
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Proven experience with Salesforce or CRM systems, PatronManager experience a plus
Experience working with contract renewals and client satisfaction
Strong understanding of the live-event and arts and culture industries
Have a broad understanding of Account ROI metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Drive escalation of client issues and project manage those issues through resolution
