The Marketing Director is an integral part of the growth of the Leap business. With responsibilities to our existing clients and an eye on growth, the role is meant for people looking to lead teams to deliver excellent work while always on the lookout for areas to grow the client relationship. Never one to be without an opinion, and yet confident in not knowing everything, the Director is someone that the client should see as a lifeline when they’re looking for help with a challenge, or to bounce ideas off of to make their job/life/day easier. Order taking agency people need not apply.
AS A MARKETING DIRECTOR, YOU WILL:
Client Support:
Proactively engage clients with strategic insights, best practices and industry trends
Ensure client satisfaction through superior customer service and marketing expertise
Understand client business objectives at all times and develop constantly evolving playbooks to drive clients to success
Manage support team to align efforts with agreed upon scope of work
Manage the relationship with an eye on opportunities for growth within Leap
Own the client relationship as it relates to the work being done
Success:
Build relationships with key client stakeholders
Provide leadership team with client summary and feedback
Maintain a client success roadmap highlighting wins and goals
Identify areas of opportunity with clients for upsells, or add-on services
Leadership:
Lead a team of digital marketers to execute campaigns with accuracy and timeliness
Ensure Leap’s standard for quality of work is met at every turn
Contribute to leadership team strategic planning, case studies and special projects
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
8+ years of experience leading marketing campaign planning
5+ years of experience managing client relationships
Expert understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies as it relates to ROI
Understanding of customer funnel and key performance indicators
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BONUS SKILLS:
Experience with Salesforce and Marketing technologies (primarily Salesforce)
Experience troubleshooting
Experience working in a digital marketing agency
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager
Experience working with sports or event ticketing

OFFICE INFORMATION:
Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company. However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montréal (CAN), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). All of our offices are stocked with snacks and drinks and we provide a free lunch every week. We offer a monthly travel stipend, and even host the occasional themed party and happy hour!
If you don’t live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.

Leap Event Technology requires all Event Operations employees and contractors who will be representing the company at a client event to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to attending. Exemptions are determined by the event organizer. Employees are not required to be fully vaccinated to be present at an office facility.
