Job description

Leap Event Technology is a remote-friendly company. This position is open to any candidate in North America.

WHO WE ARE:

Leap is revolutionizing the event technology industry by empowering organizers to create experiences that are more engaging, more thrilling, and more impactful than ever before. Our all-in-one suite of ticketing, mobile apps, experiential marketing, and patron management tools, combined with our expert marketing services, allows organizers to drive nonstop engagement and capture all customer data from their entire event. That’s why iconic brands like New York Comic Con, Bonnaroo, Illuminarium, and the NHL choose us to power their events.

We are a diverse and passionate team of event experts and fans who are dedicated to helping organizers transform their event experiences. Like our clients, we live and breathe events. We take our passion, knowledge, and hands-on experience and apply it to our work every single day. With offices in Dallas, Montreal, and Sydney, and an expansive remote workforce across the globe, our diverse backgrounds give us the experience needed to create incredible events for any industry, anywhere in the world.

As the Lead Sales Content Developer, you will be our expert-in-residence for all things related to sales content creation. This is a senior, individual contributor role for a highly skilled content creator who is ready to take a strategic leadership position. You will own the entire sales content lifecycle, from planning and development to implementation and analysis, ensuring our sales team is equipped with the best possible materials to win deals.

This role is critical for driving revenue by owning the development and deployment of best-in-class content across the entire sales journey. You’ll personally develop and build compelling materials, partnering directly with revenue leadership to define a dynamic content roadmap, and leading the management of our enablement content repository.

As a key leader bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution, you’ll proactively identify sales team needs, translate complex product updates into actionable content, and ensure our sales team has up-to-date, compelling resources that support the full buyer lifecycle. You’ll also serve as the content expert, collaborating closely across departments, including marketing for brand alignment, sales engineering for product expertise, and revenue leadership for strategic direction.

If you're passionate about elevating sales through hands-on content creation, strategic enablement, and cross-functional leadership, we’d love to hear from you.

AS A LEAD SALES CONTENT DEVELOPER, YOU WILL:

  • Lead the development and hands-on creation of all sales collateral, including playbooks, case studies, pitch decks, and rate cards.

  • Personally produce all sales-facing messaging, translating product updates and customer insights into compelling, on-brand content.

  • Champion the creation of high-impact content, from written materials to video scripts and presentations.

  • Define and own the sales content roadmap, proactively identifying content gaps and opportunities.

  • Conduct and lead competitive analysis to ensure all materials are differentiated and strategically positioned.

  • Partner with revenue leadership to ensure strategic alignment of content initiatives.

  • Influence and collaborate with marketing, product, and sales engineering to maintain a consistent go-to-market voice and strategic vision.

  • Mentor sales reps on content best practices and gather insights to inform the content roadmap.

  • Serve as the expert and administrator for the enablement content repository (Guru), setting the strategy for content organization, accessibility, and maintenance.

  • Drive the optimization and adoption of enablement platforms and tools, ensuring the team has the most effective technology to support their content needs.

  • Define and champion key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales content.

  • Analyze content usage and effectiveness to inform a comprehensive, data-driven content strategy and demonstrate ROI.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • 6 - 8 years of experience in a hands-on content creation, copywriting, or sales enablement role, ideally within the live events and/or SaaS industry.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven enablement tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to support scalable, innovative content development and training experiences.

  • Passion for staying on the cutting edge of enablement best practices, with a forward-thinking mindset toward technology, automation, and process improvement.

  • Expertise in leveraging e-learning tools to support scalable, innovative content experiences.

  • Deep expertise in building sales tools, playbooks, and training materials.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive writing.

  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and lead projects from concept to completion.

BENEFITS:
