Leap Event Technology is looking for a client service minded and proactive Implementation Manager to join the team. Implementation Managers support our top tier ticketing clients and are the key to successful onboarding and on sales. The Implementation Manager is a product expert in Leap Event Technology’s suite of ticketing products, and collaborates with colleagues across all departments to ensure the client is trained and equipped for long term success. We support some of the world’s largest events in the pop-up, convention, festival, and venue spaces, so the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will have a passion for ticketing, education, and client success.

AS AN IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER, YOU WILL:

  • Be an expert in two Leap Event Technology platforms including Ticketing and Experiences

  • Manage top tier client implementations; oversee and execute the internal delivery process as the main client contact or as part of a larger internal team to ensure on-time and on-target implementation

  • Work independently and creatively to deliver exceptional client service

  • Onboard and train clients on Leap Event Technology’s suite of ticketing products; build events for clients where applicable

  • Ensure smooth client transition post-implementation

  • Communicate value of the implementation process to clients

  • Collaborate internally with Client Success, Account Management, and Client Support to execute event and venue build as needed

  • Review and approve all builds and deliverables prior to launch

  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, Product, Sales Engineers, Design, Finance, Event Operations, Customer Care, and Marketing Services to ensure all aspects of Client Implementation are completed

  • Engage fully with Project Managers where applicable to provide status and details of builds; coordinate and manage timelines to ensure products are built and deployed to the project’s requirements

  • Clearly communicate progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Be fluent in our shared Project Management tool and a champion of our shared Leap Event Technology tools

  • Contribute to our shared knowledge base & documentation on Leap event Technology Products & internal processes

  • Share ideas for new features and products and suggest workflow improvements with Director of Implementation

  • Document and share creative solutions with Implementation, Account,  and Support teams

  • Liaise with clients and travel onsite to events occasionally

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

  • 1-2 years client-facing project management or support experience

  • 3+ years experience in the live events and/or SaaS industry

  • Passion for training and enablement

  • Box office experience is a plus

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to confidently interact with clients and professionals of all backgrounds 

  • Ability to self-start and complete tasks independently

  • Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekends

  • Capacity to execute multiple client implementations simultaneously

  • Strong technical skills

  • Possess a passion for creating live event experiences with an eye for improving the customer experience

  • Must be fluent in English. French and/or Spanish language skills a plus

OFFICE INFORMATION:

Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company. However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montréal (CAN), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). All of our offices are stocked with snacks and drinks and we provide a free lunch every week. We offer a monthly travel stipend, and even host the occasional themed party and happy hour! 

If you don’t live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Leap Event Technology requires all Event Operations employees and contractors who will be representing the company at a client event to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to attending. Exemptions are determined by the event organizer. Employees are not required to be fully vaccinated to be present at an office facility.
