The CRM Analyst will work primarily with our Leap Marketing and Analytics team. Leap Event Technology is the leader in providing sports teams, venues and entertainment companies in one-to-one interactive marketing. From email marketing to online

advertising to database analysis, clients such as industry leaders such as Madison Square Garden, New York Jets, The Grammy Museum, and Foxwoods Casino Resort rely on Leap Event Technology to turn their customers into loyal fans.


This vital role will be responsible for managing a mixture of clients in the sports and entertainment industry. The responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce CRM Administration work of multiple sports and entertainment CRM clients.

AS A CRM ANALYST, YOU WILL:

Including but not limited to:

  • CRM System Design/Optimization – working across departments to establish CRM business requirements and implementing corresponding system processes to enhance efficiency. This includes but is not limited to customizing and implementing forms, fields, flows, validation rules, security profiles/roles, reports, custom objects, etc.

  • Data Analysis – mining system data (transactional, demographic, etc.) to determine trends that help drive business decisions

  • Customer Segmentation – utilizing transactional, behavioral, demographic, and geographic data to develop and implement sales campaigns 

  • Lead Strategy – working with clients to develop outbound campaigns plans based on available internal sources (past buyers, opt-ins, etc.) and external sources (3rd party lists, form software, Live Analytics, Experian, Full House, etc.) 

  • Lead Management/Distribution - developing multi-channel campaigns within clients' CRM system and distributing leads to sales staff based on previous Lead Strategy.

  • Develop and deliver reports that capture key sales and marketing metrics: sales rep productivity, campaign tracking, customer touch points, etc.

  • Lead client calls and communicate project updates

  • Train end users on system processes and capabilities

  • Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day utilization of tools

  • Provide best practices and advice based on multiple industry experience

  • Additional duties as assigned

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Infrequent Traveler (less than 5% travel): The incumbent may be required to travel on an infrequent basis between the company’s clients’ locations. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights.

OFFICE INFORMATION:

Leap Event Technology is a 100% remote-friendly company. However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montréal (CAN), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). All of our offices are stocked with snacks and drinks and we provide a free lunch every week. We offer a monthly travel stipend, and even host the occasional themed party and happy hour! 

If you don’t live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Leap Event Technology requires all Event Operations employees and contractors who will be representing the company at a client event to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to attending. Exemptions are determined by the event organizer. Employees are not required to be fully vaccinated to be present at an office facility.

Job requirements

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce CRM Administration role is required.

  • Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a requirement. Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is a plus.  

  • Strong Excel skills are required

  • SQL experience is preferred but not required

  • Experience working with Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, etc. is a plus

  • Experience with Ticketmaster ARCHTICS ticketing system is a plus
